- Occupancy: The maximum capacity of the apartment is 2 people. No additional guests are allowed.

- Parties and events: Parties, events, or noisy gatherings are not allowed in the apartment. We ask that you maintain a low noise level, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM), out of respect for the community's neighbors.

- Pets: Your four-legged friend is welcome! We accept a maximum of 1 pet upon prior request. We appreciate you ensuring that your pet does not cause disturbance or damage.

- Tobacco: This is a smoke-free space. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

- Apartment care: Please treat the studio and its equipment with care, as if it were your own home. When leaving, please leave the apartment in a reasonable state of tidiness and cleanliness. Make sure to turn off the air conditioning and lights.

- Security: Please always lock the door when leaving the apartment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
