About this property

5 bedroom Modern beach house hot tub and sauna massive sea views beach access

Stunningly designed beach house with endless sea views and beautiful open plan kitchen diner sitting room with 4 double bedrooms and a garden room with sofa bed and shower rooms. Outdoor cedar hot tub raised on a deck for sea views and a 6 person sauna with a large glass window looking at the sea and coast. The house is an upside down house to make the most of the exceptional views with a large balcony to enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine . 3 of the bedrooms are located downstairs. Two are en suite and two have sea views where you fall asleep listening to the waves. Outside the lower bedrooms is a large sun terrace with sofas. There is a footpath by the side of the house that leads you to the beach 3 minute walk away. Great for swimming paddle boarding or fossil hunting as Charmouth in the famous heart of the Jurassic coast and if you look closely you will always find an ammonite lying on the beach .
