Detached Villa Sleeps 6, Private Pool, Large Patio & Gardens. AirCon / FastWIFI!

The Villa is a purpose built holiday bungalow comprising a master double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, two twin bedrooms, a family bathroom, a large brand new kitchen/diner (with all modern appliances), a utility room, an entertainments room with British, Spanish and European TV channels. The Villa is air conditioned throughout, and in the cooler months heating is provided by independently controlled the air conditioning inverter units. Free 1000Mbs unlimited cable Internet/wifi!

Outside

The Villa sits on a large flat plot with spanish style gardens including mature trees and flowering plants, and a well screened 8m x 4m swimming pool with shower. To the rear of the plot is parking for 3/4 cars. There are also two collapsible bikes available to explore the immediate surroundings. The patio area is equipped with a BBQ, patio loungers, and a large table seating 6 for outdoor dining. Umbrellas are also provided for your use.

Nearby

The closest supermarket, bars, restaurants, and newsagents are 1.5km away. Moraira town centre and beach are within 5 minutes' drive. There are many restaurants and bars in the town, a lovely sea front promenade and marina, and two gently shelving Blue Flag beaches.

There's a children's amusement park behind the seafront, good shopping streets and a busy weekly market on Friday mornings.

Slightly further afield

To the south is the lively resort of Calpe. In addition, the many attractions surrounding Benidorm (35 minutes' drive or by train from neaby Teulada) are within easy reach. These include the huge zoo Terra Natura, Aqualandia water park, Terra Mitica theme park and the Mundomar marine park. The caves of Canelobre are stunning, as are the natural waterfalls of L'Algar. For city lovers, Alicante is worth a visit.

To the north, the picturesque villages of the Jalon Valley, and the resorts/towns of Javea and Denia are all well worth a visit. Valencia is famous for its Fiestas and is a must to explore.

Beautiful

Beautiful little traditional villa, in a lovely peaceful location. Very quiet and nice for relaxing before heading into the lively centre of Moraira in the evening. Great communication from the host. Will visit again, thank you!

Excellent location quiet and well equipped villa

we were very happy with the villa Neil and Carmen were very helpful and friendly. The villa is in a good area for beach, supermarkets and restaurants. In addition it is in a quiet estate ideal for a safe and relaxing holiday. Only thing missing that would be useful is an oven. Although we had BBQ most days. We would be happy to stay in this villa again

Love Moraira

Lovely villa but you need a car as nothing within walking distance, unless you’re fit as very hilly. We had a car so it wasn’t a problem. A selection of Spanish and English restaurants. Lovely beach and a place to eat while you’re there if you so wish. Villa is spacious, nice pool and shady areas.

A very nice vacation home. The swimming pool provides cooling on hot days, air conditioning installed everywhere. Quiet neighborhood, close to shops-5 minutes by car, to the beach 7 minutes by car. The house does not provide the comfort of a 5-star hotel, but the host made sure to have everything at hand, household appliances, first aid products, etc. We spent a very nice holiday, my 2 and 3-year-old children had no reason to worry. Contact with the host was trouble-free. Thank you very much for a nice holiday. Tomasz

We had a really great vacation

We had a really great time with our family of 5 in this nice villa in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Our 3 children especially enjoyed the large swimming pool, nicely in the sun from morning till evening. There were sufficient and decent sun loungers, table and chairs and a good quality barbecue, all outside on the large terrace. Inside the house a conveniently equipped kitchen (2 refrigerators : very useful !), good beds (fresh sheets every week), good bathrooms, living room, etc. Airconditioning, Wifi, Sat TV, all fully functional and working well TV. You find all you need here, well-maintained, and the pictures on the site give a good image. The center of Moraira is minutes away by car, and you can find all supermarkets close by (recommend Pepe La Sal on the road to Calpe), and great restaurants (make sure to try Satari's, not so far from the house!). Last but not least, the owner is very available, really friendly and always helpful in making you spend a great vacation here. Warmly recommended !

Great authentic Spanish villa

My husband and I stayed at this lovely villa. The villa was clean and had everything you could need for the stay including mosquito nets to all windows which was great for a mozzi magnet like me - we could have windows open without fear of being bitten. The pool is a great size as is the outdoor area and both were in the sun for the majority of the day. While both bathrooms are modern and immaculately clean the kitchen could do with modernising. Having said that, it has everything you need in the way of appliances and equipment. The double bed wasn't the most comfortable I've slept in but it was fine for the week. Communication with the host and his representative was prompt and the niggle we had was dealt with immediately. The villa is situated in an urbanisation in Moraira but it was a little further out than I anticipated - 30 -35 minute walk. All in all we had a very relaxing week which was just what we needed so thanks Neil for allowing us to stay in your lovely villa.

Thank you Shelly for the great review. We have bought a new double bed mattress (very comfortable) and a new washing machine. Also we had superfast 300 mbps unlimited broadband installed this week. You are right that the kitchen needs modernising, and hopefully it will be done early next year - it was on our list for 2021 but Covid prevented us being there to supervise. Great Villa with private pool and space to relax.

We have stayed here many times over the years, and have always enjoyed ourselves immensely. The vila has all the essentials you need, and is spotlessly clean and tidy. When we arrived this time we were very pleased to see that a number of improvements had been made since our previous visit - in particular, the addition of air conditioning/heating throughout, which has made it even more comfortable. The villa is now under new ownership, and the new owners were very helpful and keen to make sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. Having the large garden and swimming pool all to ourselves was great, and as usual we made the most of the area around the pool to relax and recharge our batteries (or have the occasional BBQ!). We made several trips into Morraira, which is just a few minutes away by car, to explore the many bars and restaurants there. Our favourite from this visit was a restaurant called Options, great food at a reasonable price. Moraira beach and its views towards Calpe were as stunning as ever. Further afield, our nephews are great fans of the Terra Mitica theme park and the Aqualandia water park near Benidorm. We didn't make it to either - maybe next time! . We would certainly recommend this place, and have, to anyone looking to stay in the area. We will definitely being going back again.

Casa muy cómoda y tranquila

Muy bien en general. A la cocina le faltan cosas (lavavaillas y horno), pero muy completa con utensilios. La zona de fuera estupenda, una piscina bastante amplia, zona de hamacas, y barbacoa.

Mooi charmant Spaans huis in een rustige wijk. Verblijf eind december. Alles in het huisje wat we nodig hadden. Prima ingericht, schoon en praktisch. Op wandelafstand van Moraira, schitterend badplaatsje. Wij kwamen er om te fietsen. Kan heel goed in de buurt. Rondom heel wat te zien en doen. Kortom, superhard genoten van huisje en omgeving. Super Aufenthalt!

Neil hat uns im Vorfeld detailliert mit allen notwendigen Infos per Mail und WhatsApp versorgt. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte kontaktlos über einen Schlüsselsafe mit Codeangabe. Wir waren somit bei der Anfahrt zeitlich nicht gebunden. Mittels Google Maps haben wir den Weg im Straßengewirr gut gefunden. Die Verwalterin Carmen besuchte uns am folgenden Tag, fragte nach unserem Befinden und gab nützliche Tipps. Haus und Wohnung waren wie beschrieben und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Wohnzimmer wurde etwas verändert: 2 Sofas sind hinzugekommen Unsere Einkäufe haben wir im nahenTeulada (Mercado, Lidl u. Rossmann) erledigt. Die Internetverbindung war ausgezeichnet. TV-Programme leider nur in englischer Sprache. Der Duschablauf war eingeschränkt und lief gelegentlich über. Das Handwaschbecken im 2. Bad lief kaum ab. Lag am Ablaufmechanismus, das Rohr war frei. Ein Auto ist ratsam. Es sind doch allerlei Meter für die Einkäufe und die Wege nach Moraira. Das Wetter war hervorragend (bis über 30 Grad); der Schock nach der Rückkehr entsprechend. Die Außenanlage der Villa mit Pool war großartig, wenn auch eher als Schottergarten angelegt. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Domizil. Vielen Dank für alles, auch für den Spaß am E-Piano!

Schöne Villa für einen tollen Urlaub

Wir haben die Villa mit 5 Personen genutzt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und evtl. vergessen hat einzupacken. Wer für den Strand ein anderes Handtuch als für den Pool nutzen möchte, sollte sich jedoch noch zusätzlich selbst eines einpacken. Die Größe des Hauses, des Grundstücks und des Pools sind mehr als ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während des Urlaubs prima; er hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und konnte uns weiterhelfen. Wir würden sehr gerne nochmal Urlaub in dieser Villa machen. Es waren wunderbare, erholsame drei Wochen :) Vielen Dank dafür!

Alles gut

Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief schnell und komplikationslos. Er hat sofort geholfen bei kleinen Problemen. Ich persönlich fände das Haus für 6 Personen zu klein,da es auch kein richtiges Wohnzimmer hat. Bei warmem Wetter kann draußen sicher einiges kompensieren. Schöner gepflegter Pool.

Casa muy bien ubicada, con una parte exterior muy grande con piscina en muy buen estado. Cerca del pueblo y de supermercados u otros establecimientos que puedas necesitar. El trato con el propietario y la persona que te atiende al llegar a la casa perfecto, muy amables y resolviendo todas tus dudas y necesidades con velocidad. Totalmente recomendable
