This charming 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom with walk-in showers cottage like, vacation home is the perfect beach retreat and accommodates up to six friends or family members. It is a couple of minutes from gorgeous Johnson Beach National Seashore and Public Beach Access 1.

The tastefully furnished, welcoming living room comes with a television, high speed internet and a cozy sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a fresh seafood dinner if you decide to stay in, rather than visit one of the popular local restaurants. Upstairs, you'll find the inviting master bedroom with a plush King-size bed, television, and a second bedroom with 2x Twin-size beds, and television.

Come sit in a picturesque courtyard! Sunshine Cottage 31C backs up to a natural greenspace and offers a tranquil atmosphere. Purple Parrot has a great location. Perdido Key has miles of state park land as well that is available to the public. There is a Kids Park and Playgrounds, both about 10 minutes away. PKRM also offers guests complimentary local excursions like free golf at Lost Key Golf Course, local waterway cruises (so you can hunt for dolphins and see Perdido Key from the water), deep sea fishing and ticket to OWA Amusement Park. These adventures really add value to your beach vacation. Downtown Pensacola is a short drive to the east and Orange Beach is a short drive to the west. Both destinations offer terrific attractions, restaurants, and shopping.

Awesome place!!

Great location in Perdido Key. Resort is easy to get to & plenty of activities nearby. Pool area is a really fun atmosphere with live music. The home was super clean & very convenient layout with bedrooms upstairs and kitchen/living room downstairs. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would say we were very disappointed. I spent the first hour cleaning all of the dishes because they were layered w food. There were cockroaches in the traps, the place was not clean, the ac went out the second night there, and it simply wasn’t as advertised. The beds and coverings were AWFUL. In asking around I’m guessing it is more to do w that owner as many have been to the resort several times. The commons were great. The house was not.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in 31-C. It is positioned back behind several other condos. It was a bit of a walk to get to the condo due to all of the shipping containers reducing the parking. Not a problem until you’re unloading luggage and groceries and having to walk a ways. The condo was pretty good but it was not as advertised on vrbo. The living room furniture is cheaply made and uncomfortable. The sleeper sofa is cheap and was basically unusable. We had a service call to come and repair it, he came and “repaired it.” But, it still was falling apart. Not safe to sleep on, so we had two sleeping on the regular sofa and one on the love seat. The counter top on the bar was unfinished and was just a piece of wood. Some flooring was missing. The bath tub at the shower has such a high wall that my short wife needed a step stool to get in and out of the shower. Lol. There was a strong, pungent odor coming from the trash disposal in the sink and several gnat flies coming out of the sink. That is the only complaints we have. It just wasn’t advertised as such when we were booking it. It was only after the booking was made that the property manager. Emailed me to let us know that there were issues with certain things there. This is a good thing and they were very open about certain issues such as the containers and construction going one. The property manager was very informative and honest, so I really appreciated that. The pool area is nice and has plenty of room. The bar and grill looked cool and there was always live music being played. We didn’t get to eat any of the food though as the AC went out at the grill and they couldn’t serve any food. The menu looked yummy tho! All in all, the resort is nice, but it is not luxurious by any means. The gym and indoor pool was not to be desired and needs work. The odor inside the indoor pool area was rough. The condos are cute, but you can tell they are wearing as much of the structures are. Enjoyed
