Great views from Breezy Hill

Set high on one of the higher hills on Long Island, the Tennis villa has great views to the ocean in the east and the bay to the west while Long Island stretches out in front. The house itself is simple, comfortable and pleasant. It should be noted that the house was advertised as having two bathrooms, when in fact it has one divided into two rooms (one toilet and one shower).
