The Tennis Villas (“TV s”) are on a breezy hill, with view to both ocean sides. Both villas are newly renovated and have 2 bed rooms, 2 bathroom with a roofed porch for enjoyable outdoor time . The units are fully furnished and equipped for easy move in ready and equipped for easy island living and enjoyment.
Open floor plan with combined kitchen and living area make it open and airy and comfortable for guests to enjoy with breath-taking views downhill and out to the ocean.

Each Villa has its own unique decor and charm. Large open living, dining and kitchen area provide lazy and relaxing times together. A short hallway separates the 2 bedrooms, a few steps above the living-kitchen space.

• Great for families, groups, weddings or other activities. because the great proximity of Tennis Villa 1 and 2, while still allowing privacy.

• Both Villas are ideal for 4 guests and have large living spaces.. The living area in TV 1 also provides a comfortable sleeper sofa for 1 (– 2) kids or additional persons. A sleeper sofa can also be arranged for Tennis Villa 2 if needed.

Each home provides an upstairs Master Bedroom (Queen) and a second Bedroom (two Twin Beds, computer table, internet). There are large closets in the bedrooms and along the hallway.

• All rooms have AC and ceiling fans just in case the island breeze is not enough

• Tennis Villa 1 has a small washer, and there is also a washing place near Stella Maris also. •

Roofed porches and open balconies invite for shady meals or sun bathing. •
Tennis Villa 2 has the larger roofed porch and a bit more outdoor space.

• The nearby public beach is rocky sandy and not recommended for swimming, but some bathing. Most beautiful beaches for shallow and deeper swimming are about 10 – 25 car minutes away

• Hotel and restaurants are within 5 – 15 car minutes away (North). If you are guest at the pool bar (or asking at the hotel desk), the hotel may allow you to use the pool at the bar. The nearby public beach is rocky sandy and not recommended for swimming, but some bathing. Most beautiful beaches for shallow and deeper swimming are about 10 – 25 car minutes away. Shopping, groceries are within 10 to 25 minutes away, large super-markets about 30 – 40 minutes in Salt-Pond along with a cultural area. A nice Gym (Studio-77) is about 20 car minutes away and a fresh farmer’s market on Saturdays. Museum and some events in the south are a good 60 minutes away in Hamilton and Dead-Mans-Cay.
