The space
Welcome to DC Luxury Apartment in Agios Nikolaos, Crete – a newly built holiday rental offering comfort, style, and an unbeatable location. The apartment features 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and private en-suite bathroom, and one with two single beds that can be joined into a double. A second bathroom, a modern living room with dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen make it perfect for families or groups of friends. Each bedroom has a 32” TV, while the living room includes a 50” TV with Netflix. Relax on the spacious front terrace with breathtaking sea views, or enjoy the extra balcony at the back.

Just 200m from Ammoudi Beach, cafés, and restaurants, the apartment is ideally located. A 10-minute seaside walk (or free city shuttle) brings you to the harbor, the famous Voulismeni Lake, shops, and tavernas. A nearby bus stop connects you in 15 minutes to Elounda and Spinalonga Island, while the central bus station offers access to golden beaches such as Almyros, Ammoudara, and Voulisma (Golden Beach), as well as traditional villages like Kritsa and Kroustas. A supermarket and ATM are next door, and essential services such as the police station and hospital are close by.

Guest access
To reach the apartment, guests will go up a few steps to the main entrance and then take the elevator to the 2nd floor. It’s easy, comfortable, and ensures smooth access to your holiday stay.

House Rules & Stay Guidelines
• The apartment is suitable for children over 10 years old. Unfortunately, we cannot provide equipment for infants or small children.
• Smoking and parties are not allowed inside the apartment.
• Quiet hours: please respect the building and neighbors, especially during the evening.

Accessibility
• The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a residential building with an elevator. Please note that there are a few steps leading to the main entrance.

• Check-out: until 11:00
• Flexible times may be possible upon request, depending on availability.

Please note that according to Greek law, a Climate Crisis Resilience Fee must be paid by guests on arrival. The fee is €8 per night. This amount is not included in the Airbnb price and must be paid in cash upon arrival, as it is required by the Greek government.
