- There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking fee of €200.



- Please note that for stays exceeding 30 nights, a fair use policy for public services will be applied up to a limit of €80.



- We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy (shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag). Replacements or refills are available at an additional cost.



- Enhance your stay with additional services, such as extra keys, additional cleaning, and extra bedding. For more information and rates, please contact us.



- To open the door during your stay, an extra fee may be charged according to the following hours: between 9:00 and 18:00: £25; other hours: £50.



- The facilities can only be used by guests registered in the booking



To anticipate check-in, a fee of €20 may be charged, if availability exists and always from 11am, whether to leave luggage or to already be accommodated - Always subject to availability.



- The checkout time is at 11am, staying outside the scheduled time without prior notice and authorization from your host will result in an extra fee of 25€ for each late checkout hour.



- All guests must complete a registration form in accordance with local laws in Portugal. This form will be sent after confirmation of the booking.
