This was a great condo to stay in , very spacious great view of the beach from the porch. Hard to find when you get off elevator. Easy to get in touch with the guy who took care for the owner. Just make sure you bring your own personal amenities because they supply very little and its not good quality. I.e. paper towels , toilet paper, face soap etc. Definitely would stay here again. Perfectly location to everything.

No problems with the host or checking in. The only thing is more towels would be good...two sets per person. All the wash cloths looked dingy. The mattresses on the beds could be upgraded and two of the table lamps in the bedrooms have broken chains. The twin bed room furniture could also be replaced. Closets are full of unnecessary items and take up needed space. Closet door broken the the full back bedroom. We loved the living area. Such a beautiful view!

Our 2nd time staying here. Love that it’s right on the beach with nothing blocking the view. And my husband, who doesn’t like heights, likes that it is a 2nd floor unit. It has all the comforts of home, a well supplied kitchen, comfortable furniture, plenty of room, and even beach chairs and toys if needed. Easy check-in and check-out. We hope to be back!

5 stars because this condo is exactly as described and the complex/location is wonderful. I do feel like a few little things could be done to make this condo a truly 5 star stay. The bedding and towels leave a lot to be desired. The patio is small so smaller furniture would be better. The dryer took 3-4 cycles to dry a load of laundry. And there is literally nothing extra so you have to bring everything except dishes and linens. The host was helpful and responsive. The location is perfect, right next to the state park beach so lots of open beach to explore and a nice boardwalk trail across the road.

This condo was perfect for our group of 6; 4 adults and 2 small kids. It was as described in the listing for sure. We really enjoyed the balcony and privacy of being in an end unit, especially with our kids. The beach to the west of the condo was crowded, but to the east there was no one! It was a very short and easy walk over the dunes to the beach with a wagon and carrying things, or they had a service for chairs/umbrellas. We really enjoyed the property and our stay as a whole!

Pros: Rooms were clean, great location, easy access to the beach, nice balcony Cons: It was very difficult to get to the room with our luggage and beach items due to having to go through 2 doors that do not stay open. This Condo needs lots of upgrades. The bath towels were very worn and limited, we had to wash every day and it took all day for them to dry in that dryer, the jacuzzi tub doesn't work, The TV is pretty impossible to figure out and WiFi was bad.

Beachfront relaxation!

My husband and I celebrated our 40th anniversary here. It was great - clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet, had everything we needed. Felt like home away from home. The views from inside were beautiful, but we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning. The beach is just steps away, as is the pool, though it was a little cool for us. We’ll be back!

Great condo in Orange Beach! Super easy access to the beach and hiking trails in the state park. Lots of space in the living/dining room to spread out. Beautiful view of the gulf from our balcony. The weather was a bit cool at times but the heated pool was extremely nice!

Almost perfect

The location of this property was great! The condo location was perfect. Great views of the beach and the pool which is great for people with kids. The manager was super responsive. Condo was clean and bad everything we needed. My only complaint is the parking. When you stay at a condo for a week, you should NOT have to pay extra for parking. I’ve never had that happen and we frequent orange beach. At least one car should have free parking. Other than that - perfect!
