Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Do not make or strip the beds and leave all towels and linens on the bathroom floor.
Please remove and place all trash in the trash chute, located on each floor behind the elevator between the C and D Wing.
Please dispose of all food, including any food in the refrigerator and freezer, which you cannot take with you. Please leave our plastic food storage containers for the next guests. Start Dishwasher.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a $50 parking fee per vehicle per stay. 2nd parking pass may be allowed, depending upon availability. The fee is paid by credit card online.
Any evidence of a Pet, or any evidence of Smoking in the unit will result in an additional $1000 Cleaning Fee to be charged to your credit card.
RVs, trailers, boats, and other items requiring additional parking space are not allowed!

We love Orange Beach and this condo was perfect for us. Plenty of room, comfy bed, large bathroom and a half bath that was really nice to have. Loved having a ground floor unit that we could walk right out to the pool area and access the beach. The condo was exactly like it was described. If we come back by ourselves again, we will try to get this condo again.
