This budget-friendly apartment is located in the most sought-after area of Praia da Rocha, just a few steps from the beach and surrounded by various local attractions. Understanding that there are guests looking for more affordable holidays and who don't mind details such as noise or building particularities, we've adjusted the price, making this our most basic and economical accommodation. Despite this, the apartment is in excellent condition, completely refurbished and equipped with air conditioning in all rooms.
Because it is located on the main street of bars, nightclubs and restaurants, there is noise until late. The apartment has double glazing to minimise the impact of sound and provide greater comfort, but, depending on each guest's sensitivity, there may be some noticeable noise inside.
When making a reservation, the guest acknowledges and accepts any less positive characteristics of the accommodation, as these are already reflected in the reduced rate. For this reason, refunds or alternative accommodation are not possible due to these issues.
If you are looking for a practical option that is well located, without worrying about small details, this could be the ideal choice for your stay.
It is PROHIBITED for any type of external service providers to enter the local accommodation.
NOTE: Only 3 people are admitted (including adults, children and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required at the time of arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made within 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
TOURIST TAX IN PORTIMÃO:
In accordance with municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all reservations, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) €2 per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) €1 per person, per night.
Obs:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 years or over.
- Expenses for water and electricity consumption are included within the parameters of normal conscious use.
Readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have that excess regularised by guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
Included values for electricity and water in each 30-day reservation according to accommodation type:
T1: Electricity - 130 Kwhs and Water - 6 m3.
Should the excess not be regularised, the company reserves the right to deduct it from the deposit value.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made using a physical credit card (not virtual), and you will need to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.
