Perfectly placed for exploring, Greenacres is just minutes from the market town of Saxmundham, where you'll find independent shops, cafes and a handy train station, and close to Snape with its famous Maltings, walks along the River Alde and excellent food spots. From here, it's easy to head to the coast for bracing beach walks, fresh seafood and classic seaside charm, before returning to the peace and quiet of Kelsale, best of both worlds, really.
