With five comfortable double beds, our home can easily host up to 10 guests, ensuring everyone has a relaxing place to rest after a day of music and fun. When the sun’s out, head straight to Southsea common or chillout in the secluded courtyard garden for those summer beers, bbq and good vibes.

🚗 Book and your permit is on us. We provide 1 free parking permit per night during your stay.

Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee.

Travel cots and high chairs are available for £25 each. Kindly notify us during the booking process. Please also note that beddings and sheets are not provided for the cots.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following regulations:

Unauthorised early check-ins and late check-outs will result in a fine of £50.

Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine for violators.

Guests bringing pets without prior authorization will be charged £150.

No parties or large groups allowed.
