Semi-detached villa with private entrance near the sea in Syracuse, just a few meters from the Sicilian beaches, perfect for a relaxing holiday in Sicily surrounded by crystal-clear waters and nature.
The property features large outdoor spaces, a lounge area ideal for relaxation, an outdoor shower, and a private parking space. On the upper floor, a sea-view terrace with patio offers the perfect setting for outdoor dinners, sunset aperitifs, and unforgettable moments lulled by the sea breeze. Yoga mats are also available for independent yoga sessions with a sea view.
Strategically located to explore the best of south-eastern Sicily: Syracuse, Noto, Marzamemi, and Avola. Nearby you will also find the enchanting Avola Lakes, the Vendicari Nature Reserve (perfect for nature walks and birdwatching), and Mount Etna, ideal for excursions and trekking.
