The space
Villa Can Guanche is located in the beautiful area of Alcudia. In a peaceful setting, just a few minutes' drive from Mal-Pas and its famous beaches.
The 179m² establishment offers 3 bedrooms over 2 floors. Free Internet/Wifi. Villa for a maximum of 6 guests. Minimum guest age 26 years, except for families. Furnished and bright with garden, swimming pool, barbecue and air conditioning.
On the ground floor there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, hob, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils/equipment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave and freezer. The kitchen connects to a comfortable lounge-dining room that offers plenty of natural light, with a laundry area (washing machine and iron) and access to a covered terrace for outdoor dining.
On the same ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, together with the family bathroom (shower). Both bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor area and swimming pool.
On the upper floor, the master bedroom is located with a double bed. This bedroom has a private bathroom (shower tray) and a terrace with views of Puerto Pollensa bay. Ideal for enjoying sunsets and the setting sun.

Genau das, wonach wir gesucht haben.
Diese Unterkunft ist unglaublich. Wenn Sie mit der Familie anreisen, werden Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Durch die Fenster im Wohnzimmer fällt den ganzen Tag über reichlich Sonnenlicht. Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr komfortabel, besonders das Zimmer mit dem großen Balkon. Es waren sensationelle Ferien. Vielen Dank!

La casa es increible
Desde nuestra llegada a la propiedad, queremos destacar especialmente la comunicación con la empresa y el servicio ofrecido, que fue satisfactorio. Supieron responder a todas nuestras preguntas.
Por otro lado, la propiedad es increíble. Se siente una comodidad total, con la sensación de estar en casa, rodeados de un vecindario tranquilo y residencial, lleno de vegetación.
Nos ha encantado y volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Perfekt, um mit deinen Freunden zu kommen.
Wir sind als Gruppe von Freundinnen in diese Unterkunft gekommen und hatten eine unglaubliche Zeit in der Gegend von Bonaire. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, und die Regeln bezüglich Lärm und Ruhestörungen zu den angegebenen Zeiten werden respektiert. Trotzdem kann man problemlos gemeinsam grillen oder den Pool genießen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
