Spectacular and relaxing

We loved staying here. The view is spectacular. The house had everything we needed, and even lots of spare dishes, utensils. It can comfortably accommodate a couple with 2 kids (they would share a room) Parking is very close, just up the steps above the house. The drive to the beaches is short. The supermarket is well stocked. I would definitely stay here again

we had a great time!

It is a very nice house, equipped with everything you need. I guess there is no need to say anything about the breathtaking view. The owner, Blando Palmieri, is very freindly and helpful in all matters! The house is advertised for 6 people, we did stay with 3 and 4 might be fine as well, but I guess it wil be difficult to fit in 6 people there (even though there are beds for 6). All in all: great place to stay

It is true the house is more suitable for four people, because it has two bedrooms, one double and the other smaller. We have indicated max 6 people because the external space of the house, - which is very large, considering the patio, the terrace, the small terrace next to the double bedroom and the external services, - which is what is most used during the holidays, can compensate, under certain circumstances (type of family, age of the components, expectations, etc., the closed space. Furthermore, the fact that the house is on two levels ensures a certain autonomy to the guests. But there is no doubt that the house is ideal for four people .The sofa bed in the living room is for emergency.

Wir waren super zufrieden. Blando ist so ein herzlicher älterer Herr und die Unterkunft / Umgebung ist wahrlich ein Paradies. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne, traumhaft. Die kleinen Wildschweinchen waren auch super süß und kein Problem, da das Gelände entsprechend eingezäunt ist.

Bei uns ists nicht so richtig glatt gelaufen.Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und die Aussicht toll. Der Blick aufs Meer ist draussen und drinnen sehr gut, die Küste sieht man aber immer nur im Stehen, weil die Hecke etwas hoch ist.Der Empfang war etwas holprig. Wir mussten über eine Stunde warten und unsere Anrufe wurden geblockt, nur um dann kurz den Ort des Schlüssels per Telefon genannt zu bekommen.Die Einrichtung ist stimmig aber alt und es müffelt sehr wie Keller aus allen Schränken. Außerdem sind fast alle Schränke und Schubladen mit Kram vollgestopft, so dass wir erstmal Platz für unsere Sachen suchen mussten. Die ganze Küchen-Ausstattung ist wild zusammen gemixt aber es war alles da, was man braucht.Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt so ok, zu genau durfte man aber nicht in jede Ecke gucken. Wir mussten 5 Tage auf funktionierendes W-Lan warten und mehrfach nachhaken. Das heiße Wasser viel einmal aus und das Gas zum Kochen war zur Hälfte der Zeit schon leer.Insgesamt für uns so viele kleine, nervige Ärgernisse und Einschränkungen, um die man sich kümmern musste. Dafür fanden wir den Preis nicht gerechtfertigt.Hier hätte einiges leicht angenehmer gestaltet werden können. Die Aussicht und Lage des Hauses haben eigentlich viel zu bieten.

Positif:La vue assez incroyable ,le calme ( malgré les sangliers ) l'agencement de la location même si la cuisine est petite, la terrasse pour la relaxation.Négatif :La location ne comporte que 2 chambres ( dont une très petite) contrairement à l'annonce qui en stipule 4 .Accès uniquement qu'à une seule salle de bain ( intérieure) Absence de clé dans la location de la 2 ème salle de bain extérieure qui était fermée mais récupération la veille de notre départ...Présence de sangliers nombreux car la costa paradiso est une réserve ( attention de ne pas laisser de nourriture sur la terrasse)Le parking est mal indiqué même si il est situé au dessus de la location .( Manque de peinture au sol )C'est un avis que je partage mais ces vacances, malgré tout, étaient incroyable par la découverte des plages alentours , des commerçants souriants et de la nourriture Sarde

Diciamo Abbastanza bene nel complesso

Vista meravigliosa sul mare e casa carina purtroppo ci sono un po’ di cose da segnalare. Appena arrivati non sapevamo quale fosse la casa perché non c’era nessuno ad accoglierci come ci è capitato altre volte e nemmeno il codice per recuperare le chiavi nella mini cassetta. Per fortuna sul sito dove ho prenotato c’era il nr del proprietario che ci ha risposto immediatamente ed è stato molto cortese. La casa era sprovvista della macchina da caffè che era riportata nella descrizione e per la quale avevamo comprato le capsule compatibili come da consiglio scritto dal proprietario. In alternativa almeno c’era la caffettiera. La casa soffre sicuramente la chiusura invernale perché c’è odore di umido. Ma la cosa peggiore è stata la ciambella del water rotta, c’è proprio una crepa che la divide a metà, ve lo segnalo perché è veramente improponibile. Qualche ragnatela alle finestre e secondo bagno esterno all’abitazione inutilizzabile, con insetti e credo a questo punto nemmeno pulito prima del ns arrivo perché oltretutto nel cestino c’era della carta. La porta di questo bagno non poteva essere chiusa ma solo accostata perché la serratura era rotta. Pozzetto in plastica talmente gonfiato dagli agenti atmosferici che non poteva essere utilizzato per via che non si apriva il coperchio a chiusura. Il cassetto del detersivo della lavatrice aveva macchie di muffa nera e per questo motivo non l’ho mai utilizzata. Pulizia superficiale.

Magnifique séjour en Sardaigne, le logement à Costa Paradisio est idéalement placé. Une vue magnifique sur la mer et une maison très bien aménagée et agréable. Un hôte disponible, bienveillant et très à l'écoute de ses locataires. Blando parle très bien le français ce qui facilite la communication. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement

Schöne Wohnung in Panoramalage

Die Wohnung liegt toll in den Hügeln mit Blick aufs Meer. Schöne Terrasse und sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Leider wussten wir nicht, welche der beiden unsere Wohnung ist und der Schlüssel war nicht aufzufinden wie beschrieben. Der Strand vor Ort ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß über einen schönen Weg zu erreichen, alle anderen Strände mit dem Auto in ca. 20 Minuten, mit Kindern nicht so optimal. Man braucht ein Auto, gerade mit kleinen Kindern kann man kaum zu Fuß ans Meer gehen. Aber alles in allem eine wirklich schöne Wohnung.

schöner Kurzurlaub an traumhafter Küste

Das haus liegt am Hang einer Ferienanlage mit wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer. Es verfügt über 2 Schlafräume (Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten) Küche und eine Wohnraum mit 2 Sesseln. Das Mobiliar ist sehr spartanisch und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. (auch WLAN und TV) Besonders schön war die Terrasse mit großen Außengrill, den wir auch 2x genutzt haben. Die Betreuung vor Ort war super. Alle Probleme wurden umgehend gelöst. Vielen Dank

Ein traumhaftes Hide Away

Am Hang gelegen, mit einem traumhaften Blick über das Meer und romantische Sonnenuntergänge, hat man eine entspannte ruhige Zeit zu zweit (zu viert?!). Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht, der Ort sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie, die wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Wir haben entweder selbst gekocht, oder auf Ausflügen in die Umgebung in den dortigen Restaurants gegessen. Man muss wissen, dass es ruhig zugeht und man schon gerne Auto fahren sollte, braucht man doch allein aufgrund der kurvigen Straßen etwas länger. Auch der Weg zum Li Cossi (Kies)Strand will gegangen werden. Sandstrand übrigens um die Ecke in Isola Rossa. Aber alles ist absolut machbar und der Aufenthalt war ein echter Gewinn. Blando, der Gastgeber, übrigens ebenfalls: jederzeit ansprechbar und ehrlich bemüht, alles perfekt zu machen. Highlights: - sehr gepflegtes Haus und Anlage - zwei Terrassen, davon eine überdacht - sehr engagierter Gastgeber - tolle Strände - gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten - die Wildschweine 😃 Pro Tipp: eine Übernachtung in Cagliari einschieben

Leider nur abgewohnt ,ungepflegt und total veraltet

Gesamte Ausstattung des FH ist sehr veraltet, abgenutzt und ungepflegt. Zudem hat das komplette FH in den Wintermonaten ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem, was sich durch permanentes abblättern der Wandfarbe im ganzen Haus zeigt. Es gibt bei einer Belegung mit max.3 Personen nur eine Sonnenliege, für die anderen unbequeme Holz-Klappliegestühle von 1985. Positiv ist nur die ruhige Lage mit freiem Blick aufs Meer. (Nicht unterschätzen sollte man die 70 Stufen die man jeden Tag gehen muß)

Tolles Haus

Wir verbrachten als Paar drei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus an der Costa Paradiso. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man benötigte. Den Grill auf der Terrasse mit 180° Meerblick haben wir häufig genutzt und am Abend die Sonnenuntergänge beobachtet. Traumhaft! Aber auch die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen brauchte. Das Haus war sehr sauber und für zwei Personen sehr geräumig. Herr Palmieri war immer zu erreichen und es bestand ein sehr freundlichen Kontakt. Alle Fragen wurden im Vorfeld beantwortet und es gab eine sehr gute Einweisung und Tipps vor Antritt der Reise. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub in einem fantastischen Haus! Wir werden sicher wiederkommen! Danke!

Vue imprenable & maison cosy

Une belle maison avec une superbe terrasse vue mer à couper le souffle et un couché du soleil exceptionnel chaque soir. Costa paradiso est vraiment un endroit à découvrir nature + montagne + mer mais avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Blando, qui ne vit pas sur place, a été joignable à tout moment et a répondu très rapidement à toutes nos demandes. L'échange est simple, en toute confiance et en très bon français en plus. Desole'. Il est arrive' que on a recu une reservation immediate et la maison n'ete pas disponibile, a cause d'un erreur dans le calandrier. On a offert une solution alternative que le voyager n'a pas accepte'. on a fait tout le possible en manifestant comprehension pour le disage du voyager.

Oase der Ruhe mit herrlicher Aussicht!

Wir verbrachten zwei sehr erholsame und entspannte Wochen an diesem herrlichen Ort. Das Prunkstück war die grosse Terrasse mit unbegrenztem Blick auf die Weite des Meeres. Es gab eine Dusche im Freien die wir täglich nutzten. Man ist völlig für sich und ungestört. Die Wohnung war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, wenngleich etliche Gegenstände schon etwas "in die Jahre gekommen" sind. Der Vermieter, mit dem wir nur telefonisch Kontakt hatten, war sehr freundlich und versuchte bei den wenigen kleineren Beanstandungen sogleich zu helfen.

Alles genau so schön wie beschrieben

Ein schönes Haus in zentraler, aber nicht einsehbarer Lage mit allem Inventar, das man benötigt. Toller Kontakt zum Vermieter Blando. Das Highlight ist zweifellos die große Terrasse, auf der immer eine leichte Brise geht und auf der man zu jeder Tageszeit ein schattiges Plätzchen findet. Wir kommen wieder.
