Traditional Gallurese house 'Lu Capitanu'

The 'Stazzo' was originally a farmer's residence, a typical bulding of the northern region of Sardinia. It has been completely renovated in 1994, and it still keeps the charme and the unique qualities of the ancient house. It is immersed in the tranquillity of the countryside, just 2 km away from Cala Sarraina beach. The rooms are spacious and very cool even in the hottest summer days, due to the thick and well-isolated granite walls.

All kinds of services are in the nearbies, easily reachable with a car (cafes, shops & restaurants: 2km, main towns, disco pubs and shopping malls: ca. 15km).

It’s the ideal accommodation for dynamic travellers who enjoy discovering the surrounding area and relax in the evening in a quiet, warm and family atmosphere.

Rustic farm house animal wonderland

This is a rustic Sardinian farm house surrounded by vineyards, donkeys, cows and dogs. Super close to beautiful beaches like Costa Paradiso. You do need to drive a bit to grocery stores and restaurants. WiFi available at near by cafes. Very big house, can sleep 10. We stayed for 13 days in summer with 6. The house stays cool because of thick stone walls and fans. Awesome place!

Die anderen Rezensionen beschreiben es gut. Es ist ein Haus von 3 eines kleinen Weilers. Man ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto am Hausstrand oder in max 30 Min an vielen anderen Stränden. Einkaufen auch, Grosseinkauf in einem Eurospin bietet sich an. Fenster alle mit Fliegendraht, wenn man schön die Türen zulässt gibts keine Moskitos inside. Nachts macht das Getier ums Haus manchmal Lärm

Das Stazzo entsprach der Beschreibung, wir hatten zu viert (Erwachsene) genügend Platz, genossen die Stille, den Sternenhimmel und die Nähe zum Meer.

Casa stupenda , contesto strepitoso che lascia una sensazione bellissima . Posizione ottima ma non per chi cerca comodità come supermercati , con un minimo di organizzazione si supera facilmente il disagio soprattutto se si prevedono spostamenti nelle varie spiagge in un raggio di 60km (ce ne sono una marea bellissime, il più vicino supermercato più o meno 25-30- km). Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibilissima .

Für Individualisten bestens

Wer es gerne individuell mag, eine ruhige, einsame und landschaftlich tolle Lage bevorzugt und "echte" große, alte Häuser schätzt, der kann sich hier bestens erholen. Traumbucht ganz in der Nähe. Was braucht man mehr? (Unbedingt ein Auto! :):)

Sehr charmantes altes Landhaus an der Küste

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist persönlich und charmant eingerichtet. Es gibt, alles was es braucht, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man hat viel Platz. Besonders super war die sehr freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Den sehr schönen „Hausstrand“ kann man zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreichen, mit dem Auto in 2 Minuten. Das Haus ist idyllisch auf einem kleinen Berg gelegen mit Eseln vor der Tür und Schildkröten auf dem Weg.

Sardisches Landleben in Strandnähe

Wer Authentizität, Stille und schöne Strände in der Nähe sucht ist hier richtig. Sehr nette Vermieter, viel Platz, originelles Haus welches zusammen mit zwei weiteren, von Sarden bewohnten Gehöften " in the middle of nowhere " mit Weitblick auf einem Hügel liegt. Umringt von Hunden, Katzen, Wildschschweinen , Eseln und Füchsen waren unsere Kinder glücklich. Wir haben den Blick in den Sternenhimmel auf der Steinbank vor dem Haus geliebt !!!! Danke, Sven, Anja, Fanny , Jörg , die andere Fanny und Sabine

Pour qui aime la tranquillité le site est excellent. Par contre l'état de la maison laisse à désirer et le descriptif est très au dessus de la réalité

"La description correspond tout à fait.La maison est très agréable:spacieuse et fraiche.C est très calme,en pleine nature avec une jolie vue sur la mer et la corse.La plage la plus proche est très belle,avec de jolis fonds sous marins.A proximité:des bons restaurants,d autres plages,et quelques villes pour sortir le soir:Santa theresa di gallura,Castelsardo....L accueil de Gianpiero et de sa Maman est chaleureux,malgré notre arrivée tardive il nous a aidé à trouver de quoi diner et a ensuite pris le temps de tout nous expliquer pour la maison et que voir autour. J y retournerai avec grand plaisir."

"A very nice house for people who like typical stay, far from the crowd. Even when very hot outside, the house keep cool because of the large walls. You have much space inside and the outside is very quiet. Very near nice beaches. Owners are very friendly people. It was really a pleasant stay."

Why they chose this property

The 'Stazzo' has been our family's accommodation for three generations. It was built around 1860, and it has been my mother's family first residence until the 80s. Since my family built our actual home in Trinità d'Agultu we love to spend some holidays, especially in June and September, in the quiet atmosphere of Lu Capitanu. When the crowd is gone and the weather is still mild one can enjoy the full beauty of seaside and countryside.
