Apartment for 3/4 people with view of the marina. Free Wifi
CAPBRETON - THE TERRACES OF NOTRE DAME.
Seaside-style housing complex facing the canal and overlooking the port. Apartment + closed mezzanine on the 1st floor (no one above) of approximately 30m2. Simple and basic equipment. Free WIFI.
Entrance (refrigerator). Living room with kitchen (16.30 m²) opening onto the terrace (10.39 m²) with awning and view of the canal and the port - Kitchen area with dishwasher - Small shower room (2.07 x 0.7): washbasin, shower and WC.
In duplex by staircase miller: a closed mezzanine making attic room (maximum height 2.50, mini 1.28): 1 bed in 140 and 1 bed in 80. The set is simple, the standard equipment but well exposed to the South with view on the harbor channel.
Private air parking.
Apartment with a nice view and a very pleasant terrace of around 10 m².
Equipment is standard. Ideal for 2 people given the area.
The beach on foot and the cycle paths nearby.
Household linen is not included in rentals. Out of season, provide heating package, contact us. Housing not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

L'été en pente douce face à l'océan
Magnifique semaine , scandée par les marées et l'entrée ou la sortie des bateaux dans le port . Pas trop de touristes sauf samedi et dimanche . L'emplacement de la location est top. On y reviendra.
