Glatte 5 Sterne geben wr sehr gerne, denn der Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war exzellent, und die Begrüßung durch den Vermieter war wahnsinnig herzlich.Über die tolle Lage brauchen wir gar nicht so viel zu schreiben. Vom Balkon hatten wir eine schöne Aussicht direkt auf den Strand, das Meer, die Wellen.Dass ein Tiefgaragenplatz direkt im Haus zur Verfügung steht, hat uns wahnsinnig gefreut, das könnte der Vermieter durchaus in der Beschreibung noch klarer hervorheben, denn das ist ein großes Plus.Gut, die eine oder andere Tasse zeigt schon arge Gebrausspuren und möchte ersetzt werden. Ansonsten fanden wir alles vor, was wir brauchten. Sogar eine Grundausstattung mit Kaffee, Tee, Gewürzen etc, so dass wir uns gleich nach Ankunft erstmal einen Kaffee gönnen konnten, ohne erst einkaufen zu müssen.Solche Kleinigkeiten machen die Wohnung zu einer echten Empfehlung.

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement avec une vue magnifique sur la mer

L'appartement était conforme aux photos et suffisament grand pour 2 personnes. La vue sur la mer est magnifique, le balcon est très agréable. La situation de cet appartement est idéale car en plein centre de Capbreton et à 15min en vélo de Hossegor

Automne à Capbreton

Appartement très bien situé, convient plus à une location d'été, difficile à chauffer si il fait froid, beaucoup de courants d'air. Très jolie cuisine mais manque d'ustensiles. L'appartement a été refait, il manque encore une touche de décoration.
