A brand new attic studio located on Via Grazia Deledda in Castelsardo, one of Sardinia's most fascinating gems. The apartment was renovated in May 2026, and is ideal for accommodating 2 people and is perfect for couples. Possibility of adding a third bed.

The space, modern and bright, measures approximately 40 m2 and is equipped with air conditioning, TV and washing machine for a worry-free stay.

The location is ideal for exploring Castelsardo on foot: the charming historic centre with the Doria Castle, the colourful streets and the breathtaking sea views are just a few minutes away. In the surrounding area you can relax on the beautiful beaches like Lu Bagnu, also perfect for children, or discover wilder coves along the coast.

For nature and hiking lovers, the area offers scenic trails, boat trips, snorkeling, and visits to the famous Elephant Rocks. There's no shortage of traditional restaurants where you can enjoy fresh fish and Sardinian specialties, as well as artisan workshops famous for weaving baskets.
