L-shaped living room (2.95 x 4.60 + 2.75 x 3) opening onto the south wooden terrace (4.65 x 2.65) for dining outside -
Fitted open kitchen (1.60 x 2.50): 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge-freezer.
Bedroom 1 (2.75 x 3): 1 bed 140.
Bedroom 2 (2.50 x 3): 1 bed 140.
Small shower room: shower, sink and WC.
Possibility to park a car in the common garden.
The photo shows the front of the villa but the access and the terrace of the apartment are at the back - Quiet location near the beaches, in particular the Gravière beach.
