Master bedroom has private bath and 19-inch TV. Guest bedroom has 25-inch TV. Living room has queen sleeper sofa, FIREPLACE, sliding glass doors to private deck, 42-INCH FLAT SCREEN LED TV, DVD, and boom box. The DECK OVERLOOKS THE PEACEFUL SERENITY OF THE LAKE with The Island in the background and has an adjoining door to #4 for groups. Large yard with plenty of room for children to play. Surrounded by trees and open fields. Walk 100 yards down to the water and fish from the bank or launch a canoe (canoe not provided). Paved walking trail at yard edge. Gas grill. NO SMOKING. There are two parking spaces available. Together, both Blue Water Drive properties, 65-3 and 65-4, will sleep a total of 12 guests! Free WIFI access provided.

We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.

Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions!

Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.

Cancelation for Property Rentals - We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. No shows will be CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT! Please note that third party bookings, VRBO or Airbnb, may have different cancelation policies.

A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests for this property, including children, is six. There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events. The maximum number of pets allowed is 2. If you are bringing your pet(s), please let us know how many pets you will be bringing in the comment section of the reservation request.
