Wake up to a sunrise, enjoy the shade in the afternoon and listen to the ocean at night. 15 minute walk to the beach.
Very quiet location in OSV on less traveled street, Sandpebble Drive.
2200 sq ft of living space. One car garage. Addition makes home one of a kind in OSV. Bath for each of four bedrooms. Two 9-foot sliding glass doors in sunroom overlooking full length of the lake.
One bedroom on lakefront with sliding glass door. Sleeps 9. Split bedrooms with two on opposite ends and sides of the home. Two king size beds, one queen, one full and a single bed.
Insulated drapes for sound and heat control in sunroom and dining area. Numerous accent lighting features throughout. Very inviting with framed scenes to make for a home-like atmosphere.
Golf cart with children seat belts on the rear seat. Adult drivers only. For use in Oceanside Village only - not insured for outside of OSV.
Wireless high speed internet service, Spectrum TV, Surround sound in living room. Two master bedrooms have TV's.
Open kitchen with island eating area and 3 dining areas with seating for 16. Appliances include glass cooktop, slide out hood, microwave/oven combo, side by side refrigerator. Breakfast bar with Keurig, Toaster, Blender, conventional coffee pot. Plenty of pots and pans along with baking dishes too. Griddle, Popcorn Popper too.
Spring water in 5-gallon jug dispenser to drink in lieu of faucet water.
Open floor plan. Living Room/Sunroom is 24x14. Dining/kitchen area is 24x20 approximately. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on each side of the houses. 2 King beds, 1 queen, 1 double, 1 twin. Sleeps 9. Also a crib and a bassinet.
Office desk with local phone number. Games, two bookshelves for your reading pleasure, small children's games area.
Lawn furniture for stepped patio with multiple chairs seatings and two tables with seating for 10. Outside shower with hot and cold water to wash off sand from the beach. Gas grill too.
Garage has utility sink, 8 ft table, washer and dryer along with shelving for storage. Random beach chairs and toys.
No Pets, No Smoking. Family Members Allergic to Both.

456 Sandpebble Sunroom overlooks the length of the lake. Our family and guests enjoy the benefits of the lakeside patio which has two levels. The beauty of the view and the calming effect of the water makes this patio a choice in addition to a 15 minute walk to the sandy beach for many. Our family and friends celebrate with people sitting at the tables inside the house when we gather. The unique openness between the kitchen, dining and 24x14-foot sunroom makes gatherings so comfortable for all.
Why they chose this property
456 Sandpebble Drive is one of the quietest streets in Oceanside Village with little through traffic on the street. Closer to the front gate and far enough away from the busy streets going to the beach. Going in and out of OSV works very well too...short distance...little traffic.
What makes this property unique
Our home is personalized for family and visitors' enjoyment. Plenty of space on the deck and paver patio...over 16x40-foot space to enjoy the lakeside sunrise and evening sounds of the ocean. The morning sunrise is one of our favorite times of the day. In the afternoon the patio is shady when the sun heads to the west.
