Arriving at the villa, you’re immediately struck by its calm, open feel, a place designed for slow mornings, long lunches and easy evenings outdoors.Step inside and the heart of the house opens up into a bright living and dining space, where large windows frame the surrounding landscape. The living area is comfortably furnished with generous sofas, a smart TV and thoughtful touches that make it easy to settle in. Just beyond, the dining area seats up to eight and connects seamlessly to the wrap-around terrace through wide doors, blurring the line between inside and out.The kitchen sits just off the main living space and is fully equipped for relaxed holiday cooking, with modern appliances, ample workspace and direct access to the terrace, ideal for carrying breakfast outside or keeping an eye on children playing below. On this level, three well-presented bedrooms sit along a quiet corridor: a cosy twin room and two double bedrooms, all with air conditioning, mosquito nets and calming views over the surrounding hills. A large family bathroom completes this floor. Upstairs, the master suite feels like a retreat of its own. The Property is supplied with 1 set of bed linen and towels per guest (1 shower and 1 hand towel and where applicable 1 pool towel) at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates:

- €15 per single bed set;

- €25 per double bed set;

- €10 per towel set;

A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies. 

Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability. Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked.

On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet will apply, payable to with the balance payment. Please enquire during the booking process. All conditions imposed by the owner must be followed. Charges may apply for breaching any house rules, extra cleaning, damage or sanitisation costs.

For stays outside of May-September, please request for the pool heating to be activated at least 5 days prior to arrival. This option is subject to an additional charge.
