Apartment Tropicana is a sunlit, sea-facing apartment tucked within one of Sitges’ most exclusive beachfront enclaves. Step inside and you’re greeted with splashes of bold colour and an easy sense of flow, where each space opens directly onto a terrace. The open-plan lounge and dining area, with its sleek furnishings and large L-shaped sofa, opens onto a vibrant terrace overlooking Parc del Mar’s landscaped gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a secondary breakfast table and handy utility space tucked just behind.Each of the three bedrooms is light-filled and airy, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening onto terraces that either face the resort gardens or the sparkling communal pools. Two stylish bathrooms and ample built-in storage add to the apartment’s everyday ease. Outside, lush lawns and four large communal swimming pools create a private resort-like atmosphere. With Sitges’ long sandy beach just across the road and cafés, beach bars and shops within walking distance, the apartment offers a laid-back base within reach of everything. Despite the central setting, the secure residential complex feels tucked away, offering guests a peaceful retreat beside the sea.

The beach is quite literally across the road, while the charming promenade and the laid-back cafés of Terramar are within a short stroll. This neighbourhood is renowned for its peaceful ambience, beautifully landscaped spaces and family-friendly atmosphere.


A gentle walk along the shoreline or short cycle ride brings you to Sitges town centre, where you’ll find boutique shops, galleries, markets and a rich calendar of cultural festivals. The surrounding area is also known for its coastal walking routes, vineyards and historical landmarks such as the Maricel Museum and Cau Ferrat. Whether you’re sunbathing, sailing or simply savouring an afternoon paella, the local lifestyle is effortlessly easy-going. 
Barcelona, with its famous architecture, galleries and food scene, is under an hour away and is a must see during your stay. The Property is supplied with 1 set of bed linen and towels per guest (1 shower and 1 hand towel and where applicable 1 pool towel) at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates:

- €15 per single bed set;

- €25 per double bed set;

- €10 per towel set;

A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies. 

Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability. Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked.

All conditions imposed by the owner must be followed. Charges may apply for breaching any house rules, extra cleaning, damage or sanitisation costs.
