The Groomsport 'Bothy' is a charming unique terraced cottage built 1840
Groomsport 'Bothy' has Two receptions, three bedrooms, two bathrooms plus downstairs WC and a very large private garden with wine shack and BBQ area. Your dog may also be welcome (please contact ).
The cottage is spacious inside. It sleeps five to six people in 1x king size room (en suite), one twin room and a third bedroom with a double bed settee which has a balcony overlooking the garden.
The Groomsport 'Bothy' is literally 30 seconds walk from the village. The village has all the amenities you need -a large Spar, 2 restaurants/bars, hairdressers, off-licence, cafe, new playground, tennis courts, beautiful beaches with safe swimming, mobile sauna.
Groomsport is 2 minute drive to Bangor and 5 minute drive to Donaghadee.
Or a 20 minute drive to Belfast and then a launching pad to W5, the Titanic Centre or a trip up the north coast to the Giants Causeway or the Dark Hedges.

We are from Bangor and love the area. I am an avid sailor and have a world class sailing area on our doorstep. We are new to hosting and are completely engaged and excited in welcoming our guests to our home from home.
Why they chose this property
Groomsport has everything from scenic areas, beach's, golf courses and walks. Loads for the kids and adults two minutes dander from our doorstep. Play areas , tennis courts and spectacular walks are only a minute away. Combine all this with a great gatrobar and bar restaurant at the bottom of the Hill means a complete day's adventure can be enjoyed by the whole family, finished off on the balcony overlooking the garden or in the garden's pergola.
