Beautiful duplex with 2 floors in the urbanization Al Andalus Residencial in Vera Playa. Terrace on the ground floor and solarium on the top floor. Living room with Spanish television, kitchen (with ceramic hob, oven, extractor, dishwasher washing machine and microwave) 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathroom (1 bedroom and bathroom at the ground floor, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom at the first floor). Covered parking. Air conditioning system cold/warm.
Urbanization with beautiful decorations, excellent location, modern and comfortable, suitable for family vacations. The kids will make friends quickly. Outdoor pool with a small pool for small children and babies, open from 1 June to 30 September, outside those dates there is a heated indoor pool (consult dates). Tennis/paddle court.
In July and August minimum stay 1 week.
Media Area Legua, Puerto Rey, Vera Playa (next to the supermarket Mercadona).
Electrical consumption :
Stays up to 21 days : A reasonable electrcity consumption of up to 10 KW /day is included in your reservation. Excess consumption will be charged extra.
Stays over 21 days as well as all stays Out of Season : Electricity is not included and will be charged in full according to comsumption. There is a meter/counter in the appartment for your monitoring.
