This 17th-century rectory combines history and comfort in the heart of Baix Empordà. Your 45 m² ground floor apartment offers direct access to the garden with fruit trees and a swimming pool, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate.
Interior designer Anna Puig has created a bright and functional space that respects the traditional architecture. The vaulted ceilings with wooden beams and light tones create a relaxing atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and the living room includes an additional sofa bed.
The garden invites you to relax under the fruit trees or cool off in the pool. Just 5 meters away you will find the Agrobotiga Can Xitró, where you can buy fresh produce for your breakfasts.
