A large group accommodation with a capacity of 15 people, a family atmosphere! Welcome to Nous at Gîte La Champeigne!

At the heart of the Touraine Loire Valley, 20 km from the A 85, 30 km from the A10 and 5 km from the banks of the Indre, our cottage offers a closed wooded area of ​​over 7000 m2 with a swimming pool heated in season (May to September), a small orchard and a vegetable garden reserved for the picking of our tenants (according to season: tomatoes, zucchini, aubergines, strawberries, raspberry .....)

The interior space of 300 m2 consists on the ground floor of:
- main entrance
- a laundry room with toilet and shower, washing machine and dryer, - a kitchen equipped with 2 cold spaces, a dishwasher, five cooking rings, two ovens, all appliances and the crockery necessary for the preparation of your meals, - a reception room of 82 m2 with usable open fireplace (wood provided), - 2 bathrooms, a toilet. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a jet shower with steam option - 3 bedrooms.
- A second input or fairly large office with BABBY FOOT adult quality!

On the floor: 4 rooms, 1 bathroom with TOILET

All double beds are either queen or king size (160cm or 180cm wide)

Free Wifi on the whole house

On site for baby: Cots, high chair, plastic bath and changing table, WC adapter and potty

Outside for children: table tennis, swing, small kitchen with dinette, plastic tractor and various games rackets, balloons .....
4 bikes (including 1 adult and 1 child) and a tricycle.
For adults, a bowling alley and boules balls.

Bed linen is provided, towels and final cleaning are available at a surcharge.

Great spacious Gite

Francoise was super and very considerate to work with. The house was happily more spacious and comfortable than we expected from the photos. It was wonderful to have the space for my 20 month old grandson to run around in. For the time if the year we had lovely weather and the adults enjoyed all the outdoor activities at the house. We could have done with just spending a bit more time relaxing at the house but chateaux beckoned. Chinonceau was our favorite. It was great to have Francoise cook dinner every night during our stay which was a treat for me ! The WiFi was bit of a problem as it was only okay close to the router and non-existent upstairs in the bedrooms. Apart from that we had a fabulous holiday and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the area! Thanks so much Francoise!

A fantastic house in a lovely area

We spent a fabulous week in Francoise and Benoir's house. We had a mixture of weather but there was always plenty to do. The pool was fantastic for the hot days, it's very peaceful and a real sun trap and the house is equipped with plenty of plastic cups, bowls and plates to drink and snack up there all day long! We made good use of the provided bikes which were all in great condition. There are some lovely routes to cycle out around the area. We also visited Chenonceau Chateau which is beautiful but very crowded in peak season. Prepare for queues and pack a lunch to take with you! The house is great for a large family, there were 14 of us plus a baby. It might be tricker with friends as the downstairs rooms are bigger and have more storage where the upstairs rooms are in the roof without wardrobes and all sharing one small bathroom. It was fine for us as the children were all based upstairs and the triple room was perfect for our three to share, just might cause some issues in groups where everyone was paying the same for very different rooms. The downstairs of this house is fantastic. There is a really big living/dining space with seating for even more than the 15 of us. The kitchen has two ovens, two fridges and is well equipped. It was great to be able to all sit together on the days when the weather wasn't good enough to sit outside. Francoise offers a catering service which I would really urge you to take up. She cooked a meal for all of us for a birthday one evening and it was AMAZING! The strawberry tart was the most delicious French pudding I think I have ever tasted - so good that we almost asked her to cook it for us again on our last night. Francoise and Benoit were very friendly and helpful without being in any way obtrusive. Communication with them was very easy, through email or text message and Francoise's English is excellent. We would really recommend this house - we had a lovely week. Thank you!

Mindere start, keigoed einde.

De eigenaars hadden ons de dag voor ons vertrek een email gestuurd met alle uitleg die wij niet meer gelezen hadden. Daardoor zijn we gestart met een misverstand: We dachten dat de eigenaars op het terrein verbleven en we dus niet moesten verwittigen als we een beetje later aankwamen maar de eigenaars stond op het punt terug naar haar huis te vertrekken,dacht dat we niet meer kwamen. Daarna een heerlijke vakantie gehad in een van de beste huizen sinds wel onze jaarlijkse familievakantie houden. En dat doen we toch al bijna 10 jaar.

Très bon séjour!

Nous avions réservé le gîte pour un week-end entre amis avec de jeunes enfants. Nous avons adoré la maison, très bien conçue pour un groupe, en particulier la pièce de vie qui est spacieuse et agréable. L'extérieur est aussi très plaisant (jeux pour enfant, pétanques...), et nous avons apprécié avoir la ville de Loches à côté pour s'y promener et faire quelques courses. Nous recommandons totalement ce gîte!

Parfait pour réunir sa famille !

Propriété au calme avec espaces intérieurs et extérieurs agréables. Parfait pour faire un break au calme. Nous y avons séjourné en octobre et n'avons donc pas pu profiter de la piscine mais il y a de nombreux sites touristiques tout autour qui valent la visite. Les terrines et le vin disponibles à l'achat dans le gite, c'est une très bonne idée pour les arrivées tardives. Merci !

Une belle maison calme et spacieuse

La maison est située en bout de hameau sur un grand terrain complètement isolé des rares voisins.Les amenagements exterieurs (gravillons ,terrasses...) permettent un acces facile et propre à l’interieur de la maison. La maison est tout a fait conforme au descriptif d’Abritel, elle est parfaitement équipée pour 15 personnes que ce soit coté nuit pour les couchages ou côté cuisine pour les repas. La grande pièce de vie permet de regrouper facilement toute la tribu que ce soit a table ou sur les differents canapés De plus notre hotesse nous avait parfaitement decoré la piece pour les fêtes et nous avait indiqué les bonnes adresses ,ce qui nous a fait gagner un temps précieux et faire de très bon repas Une très bonne adresse

Nous avons passé un super moment dans ce gîte qui a vraiment tout pour plaire!! La maison qui est très spacieuse et fonctionnelle avec du matériel de qualité ainsi que l'extérieur avec tout ce qui peut permettre d amuser les enfants et les plus grands (ping-pong, boulodrome, Balançoire, vélos...et le baby-foot!!!), nous ont permis de passer un très agréable moment. Et les propriétaires sont fort sympathiques. Nous reviendrons sûrement!!

Difficile de me faire comprendre avec ce groupe bien que je parle bien anglais. Pas d'heure d'arrivée communiquée avant, le voisinnage n'a pas apprécié le bruit et nous pas du tout la saleté laissée derrière eux. Ils ne voulaient pas payer le forfait ménage final qui est une option payante du coup ils ont fait a peu près le ménage cuisine et séjour. Mais les chambres de l'étage n'étaient absolument pas nettoyées. J'ai retrouvé des taches de rond de verre ou de tasses sur toutes les tables de nuit. Je regrette d'avoir redonné toute la caution. Il y a eu effectivement un problème d'eau chaude, nous avions oublié d'expliquer la marche forcée, cependant 2 autres sdb avec eau chaude étaient disponibles car fonctionnent sur un autre ballon.

Bien équipé, bien situé et propre

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre amis dans ce gîte. Ce gîte correspondait à nos attentes : propre, bien équipé, grand et beau ! Les propriétaires sont accueillants et charmants. Seul bémol indépendant de la volonté des propriétaires : la météo. On y retournera !

excellent séjour

gite très spacieux (la pièce de vie est immense, près de 100m2), très bien aménagé, notamment au niveau de la cuisine : tout est prévu pour cuisiner pour un nombre important de personnes. Les chambres et salles de bains sont confortables et bien décorées. Le jardin est très agréable (grandes tables en teck avec jolis parasols) et immense également, à l'image de la piscine! De plus, la propreté de la maison est irréprochable. Enfin, les propriétaires nous ont réservé un accueil très sympathique et plein d'attentions (légumes du potager cueillis pour nous à notre arrivée par exemple!). Adresse à recommander sans hésiter.

La piscine, la situation au coeur des plus beaux monuments de Touraine et un gîte où tout est prévu pour une grande famille ou un groupe rendent cette location parfaite Seul bémol le jardin manque un peu d'arbres ou arbustes ,mais il faut dire que le climat cet été fut sec et très chaud

Merci beaucoup, nous avons prévu de travailler un peu l'aménagement paysagé du terrain mais c'est un grand parc !! Il nous faut encore du temps et les arbres poussent lentement Cette année la pelouse a été vraiment grillée ce qui effectivement de faisait pas très joli à voir....mais déjà après deux jours maussade c'est beaucoup plus vert.
