Sustainability The owners have farmed this land since 1945, and today the 160 surrounding acres are organic and pesticide-free. The estate generates renewable energy on-site through solar panels, heat source pumps and rainwater harvesting, and materials and produce are sourced locally wherever possible, supporting the community while reducing their footprint.
