The apartments are conveniently located in a quiet area and within walking distance of everything you might need during your stay, including restaurants, beach bars, grocery stores, ATMs, and a pharmacy. Split Airport is only 8 km away, making the apartments easily accessible for travelers arriving by air or car.
Apartments Amaris consist of two apartments within semi-detached buildings: Apartment Amaris A and Apartment Amaris B, each carefully designed to provide everything needed for a carefree holiday.
Apartment Amaris A is located on the second floor and covers 100 m2 of bright and comfortable living space, along with a private balcony boasting a breathtaking sea view. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests (4+2) and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area, and living area with a sofa bed for 2 persons.
One bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), while the second includes two single beds— ideal for families or friends traveling together. The living room opens onto a spacious covered balcony with outdoor seating, ideal for relaxing while admiring the panoramic views of the entire bay.
Guests are welcome to seek refreshment in a heated communal outdoor pool, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, perfect for soaking up the sunshine and relaxing on hot summer days.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and equipped with smart TV, Wi-Fi, and all essential household appliances, including electric stove, oven, dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine, and hair dryer. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
One private parking space is provided free of charge. Please note that pets are not allowed.

Fantastisk leilighet, enestående vertskap og nydelige omgivelser

Vi er svært fornøyde med oppholdet vårt i denne leiligheten i Okrug Gornji og kan varmt anbefale stedet videre. Allerede før avreise var utleier svært imøtekommende og sørget for at vi fikk all nødvendig informasjon i god tid. Ved ankomst ble vi tatt imot av en hyggelig og hjelpsom dame som gjorde et fantastisk førsteinntrykk. Siden vi ankom sent på kvelden med barn og hun forstod at vi ikke hadde fått handlet på veien, tilbød hun seg å kjøre oss til nærmeste butikk. Det satte vi stor pris på. Leiligheten var blant de reneste vi noen gang har leid. Den var romslig, godt utstyrt og hadde store, komfortable rom. Balkongen bød på en helt fantastisk utsikt som vi aldri ble lei av. Stranden ligger i gangavstand fra leiligheten. Det er verdt å merke seg at veien tilbake går opp en ganske bratt bakke, men for oss var det absolutt verdt det. Stranden består av små hvite steiner i stedet for sand, noe vi likte svært godt. Det gjorde at både stranden, området og leiligheten føltes ekstra rene. Selv om stranden ikke er veldig bred, fant vi alltid en fin plass å slå oss ned. Solnedgangene her var rett og slett nydelige. Personalet som tok seg av rengjøring og vedlikehold av bassengområdet gjorde en upåklagelig jobb. De var alltid blide, vennlige og imøtekommende. Etter at datteren vår ved et uhell hadde glemt igjen to armbånd av verdi, tilbød en av dem seg til og med å komme til Split for å levere dem tilbake til oss. En slik service og omtanke er sjelden å oppleve. Okrug Gornji er et flott sted, og den historiske byen Trogir er helt nydelig. Denne ferien gjorde at vi rett og slett forelsket oss i Kroatia. Tusen takk for et fantastisk opphold! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Snyggt och fräscht

Utsikten, stort och fräscht!. Även poolområdet hade en fin omgivning Välutrustat kök med bla Nespressomaskin med kaffeampuler Ac i alla rum.
