1st floor, access via a private staircase (approx. 15 steps).
It features a bedroom with a ceiling fan, a bathroom with a shower, an open-plan kitchen with an oven/microwave, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a ceramic hob, and a dining area with an open-plan living room and a large window overlooking the pedestrian street, offering sea views from the sofa itself.
Carabeo beach is right opposite, and you can also walk to Carabeillo beach, which provides access to Burriana beach or the coves on either side of the Balcón de Europa: Calahonda and El Salón.
The Balcón de Europa is a 5-minute walk away, and along the way there is a wide variety of bars, restaurants and a wide range of stores, all within walking distance through charming streets.
