The property is well placed, just 2 mins walk to the beach and shops. There is no parking, but there is a free car park not far away. There is a small courtyard garden, which gets the afternoon and evening sun.A very peaceful location and a good bus service to Sidmouth, Exmouth and Otterton Mill. The Otterton Estuary is a 15 minute walk from the cottage and well worth a visit. Budleigh Salterton has several small Supermarkets, lots of cafes, two pubs, and both Indian and Italian restaurants. On the whole a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
