Silver Tower 7A is a modern holiday apartment for 6 guests in the heart of Calpe, ideally located only a few minutes walking to the popular Arenal-Bol beach. The apartment sits near a lively neighborhood filled with restaurants, cafés, and local shops, making it a great base for a carefree seaside getaway. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a south-facing terrace, and access to a communal pool, it comfortably accommodates families or friends traveling together.



The interior is bright, spacious, and designed with contemporary comfort in mind. The open living area combines a sleek kitchen, dining space, and lounge into one welcoming setting. The kitchen is fully fitted with quality appliances, including a refrigerator and freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a l’Or capsule coffee machine. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table for six, which opens onto a cozy seating area with a sofa and smart TV. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors connect the living room to the south-facing terrace, furnished with an outdoor dining table and lounge seating—perfect for relaxed breakfasts or evenings outdoors.



There are three comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully arranged. The main bedroom includes a double bed, wardrobe, and a private en-suite bathroom with shower, double sink, and toilet. A second bedroom is equipped with another double bed and storage space, while the third bedroom offers a bunk bed with one single bed and one double bed. A separate bathroom in the corridor features a shower, sink, and toilet for shared use.



The apartment is fully air-conditioned and comes with free Wi-Fi throughout. Guests also have access to a private parking space in the underground garage, adding extra convenience.

2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 persons; exceeding this number is not permitted.

3: The apartment is in a residential complex. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited.

4: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.

5: Under no circumstances are bicycles permitted inside the building or elevator, they must be kept outside at all times.

6: We strive to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. However, please note that there is currently construction taking place in the nearby area. Occasional works or noise from the surrounding area may occur and are beyond our control.
