About this property
Contemporary villa with pool in Nice
Nestled in the heights of Nice, this contemporary villa offers breathtaking views and exceptional luminosity thanks to its large bay windows. The Mediterranean breeze gently flows through the living spaces, creating a perfectly temperate atmosphere.
The light-filled interior spaces open harmoniously onto the exterior. The house, where wood plays a predominant role, elegantly combines noble materials to create a warm, contemporary ambience.
The private swimming pool, set on a spacious wooden terrace, is surrounded by lush vegetation to guarantee your privacy. The generous garden invites you to pick your own according to the season: lemons, raspberries, salads and tomatoes await you.
Ideally located, the villa allows you to explore the treasures of the Côte d'Azur. Discover the lively markets of Nice, stroll through the narrow streets of Antibes, or lose yourself in the secret coves of Cap Ferrat. Italy is just around the corner, too.
