Surrounded by stud farms, it offers breathtaking views of the meadows, while being only 15 minutes from Deauville and the beaches.



This 195 m² character house combines old-world charm with modern comfort. Carefully decorated by art lovers, it has 5 bedrooms, a piano area, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the garden, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, 2 adjoining showers, and 2 toilets.



You will enjoy a magnificent 2,500 m² English garden, enclosed and secure, planted with trees and flower beds. The south-facing terrace overlooks the fields and is ideal for al fresco dining with a barbecue and garden furniture. Private parking completes the facilities.



The region has many wonderful things to discover: walks through the stud farms, shopping and flea markets in Deauville, horse racing, polo matches, family beaches in Villers-sur-Mer, and hiking trails starting from the village. Pont-l'Évêque and its shops are 8 minutes away for your daily shopping.
