At the foot of the Chaîne des Puys, this former family farmhouse dating back to 1930 welcomes you to a peaceful hamlet in the Puy-de-Dôme. Carefully renovated, the barn combines Auvergne authenticity with modern comfort. You will enjoy a preserved setting, ideal for recharging your batteries with family or friends.
You will have 270 m² designed for your well-being: 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, cozy living rooms with fireplaces, a games area, and a reading corner. Every detail has been designed to make you feel at home. The ground floor is partially accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Outside, a large furnished terrace and a semi-enclosed flat garden await you. Barbecues, children's games, and a pétanque court 50 m away complete the facilities. You can recharge your electric vehicle on site.
The village of Rochefort-Montagne offers privileged access to the volcanoes of Auvergne. Hikes to the Puy de Dôme, Lake Guéry, Orcival Basilica, Mont-Dore and La Bourboule resorts: the region is perfect for outdoor activities and discovering the heritage of Auvergne.
