Welcome to 'Pieds dans l'eau', an architect-designed gem located directly by the water on Resarö in the Stockholm archipelago. A perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility, where you can enjoy nature but with convenient commuting distance to the city pulse



The cottage is newly built and south-facing, furnished to comfortably accommodate four guests. The interior is bright and modern, with an open-plan layout that includes a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. The bedrooms upstairs offer a peaceful place for a night's rest.



On the grounds, you can enjoy the privacy of the terrace, take a dip from the dock or enjoy water sports. The sauna and hot outdoor jacuzzi offer relaxation after the day's adventures.



The area is rich in activities and attractions. Visit Ytterby Gruva, explore Waxholm's historic town center or take a bike ride in Bogesund Nature Reserve. From Ångbåtsbryggan next door you can reach Vaxholm by boat in 10 minutes and Stockholm's pulse and cultural life in 75 minutes.



Note: The communal sauna and pier is shared with the family's two neighboring houses.

Loved staying here - the time went much too quickl...

Loved staying here - the time went much too quickly. It is such a peaceful and beautiful spot directly next to the water and watching the daily boating activity is truly addictive. Ricki went out of his way to make sure we had all the information needed to make our stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. He helped with travel info, local places of interest, restaurants and more. It is wonderful to have both boat and road options to access all the wonderful locations the Stockholm archipelago has to offer. Would definitely return!
