The *Kaminhaus* (Fireplace House) in Sahrensdorf on Fehmarn is a charming, single-story accommodation located on the ground floor, featuring a total of two rooms and sleeping space for up to two guests. Situated in a rural setting on a working farm, it combines peaceful relaxation with excellent accessibility. As a bus stop is located just 200 meters from the property, you also have the option of arriving by public transport. Your stay is made particularly atmospheric by a double-sided wood-burning stove, which adds a cozy touch to the living room on cooler days, while central heating ensures comfort year-round.

The living area is designed as a combined living and dining space—complete with a sofa corner—and flows seamlessly into an open-plan kitchen. For your self-catering needs, the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, microwave, two-burner stovetop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle; dishes and cutlery are provided. For entertainment, amenities include Wi-Fi, internet access, a radio, and cable TV (one unit, 35–44 inches). Privacy screens on all windows ensure a pleasant sense of seclusion.

The *Kaminhaus* features one bedroom with tiled flooring, as well as a bathroom with a window, washbasin, toilet, and a shower-bathtub combination. A hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, and standard mirror are provided, and hot water is, of course, readily available. The property is ideally suited for a couple, a mother traveling with a child, or a father traveling with a child. This is a non-smoking property. Pets are permitted, subject to a limit of two dogs maximum.

Outdoors, you can enjoy lovely views of the garden and the surrounding countryside. A terrace furnished with garden furniture—along with a garden area, sunbathing lawn, sun loungers, and a traditional *Strandkorb* (hooded wicker beach chair)—invites you to relax and unwind.
