Heart of St. Elmo-Family Friendly- 2 Blocks to Incline
Set in a casual modern style with a long, open floor plan, this house is set right in the heart of historic St. Elmo. Situated near new and older homes, restaurants, shopping, and Chattem Industries. A block's walk away from the Incline Railway, and only a 10 minute drive to downtown Chattanooga. Perfect for anyone looking to explore our gorgeous city.
We're always on call to answer questions and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our daughter-in-law, Erin, also helps us co-host, so you'll likely be in contact with her throughout your planning and stay.
The oldest and most historic district in Chattanooga, St. Elmo has a lot to offer. There are several activities and highlights to explore both on Lookout Mountain and in downtown Chattanooga. Explore Point Park, the Chattanooga Choo Choo, River Walk, the Chattanooga Lookouts (for baseball fans), and so much more.
There is also a Food City grocery store within walking distance from the house. The Virginia Avenue Greenway pedestrian and bike lane is nearby, and connects St. Elmo to downtown.
There is also a Carta bus (#15) that runs from St. Elmo Ave to Broad Street in downtown Chattanooga. It runs Monday through Saturday. All Pricing Includes applicable TN Sales and Gross Receipts Taxes.
