About this property

This second floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. This unit requires a five night minimum stay. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and the guest bedroom has two full size beds. Both bedroom have 29" flat screen TVs, while the living room has a 37" flat screen TV for your enjoyment. Both the master and guest bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. The spacious, recently renovated kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

Mixed thoughts on our stay -2nd visit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed this time on the Bayside instead of the beach side to save a little money, and allowed for us to stay an extra day, and to be closer to the hot tub and pool. The unit at a glance appears nice. However, the furniture was incredibly uncomfortable, including the sofa and all of the beds and pillows. Although not filthy our bathroom in the guest, second bedroom needs a new door and new flooring because it gives the appearance of being dirty. The kitchen and dining area were fine, the hot tub was hot but again for the second year in a row the Jets barely work. The people in the office and those we worked with throughout our stay were very nice so I hate leaving a bad review. I think Palm Bay club itself is actually a decent place to stay , our unit last year had much more comfortable furniture, so I hope they take this into consideration for this unit. Not one of us out of the six could sit on the sofa without our backs hurting, and the same thing went for the bed and the pillows.
