About this property
Villa Meliva Toscana
Although the villa does not (yet) have a private pool, there are some nice places to swim in the immediate vicinity, such as the municipal pool just 5 minutes away and Lake Trasimeno, about a 25-minute drive away. There’s also a water park nearby (about 15 minutes away), though we haven’t visited it ourselves.
Since there is no pool, the rental price is especially attractive, leaving you with more of your budget for fun outings, cosy outdoor cafes, and local activities.
The villa was completely renovated in 2025, is surrounded by a beautiful olive grove, and offers a truly unique view of the historic town, right at the foot of Castello Montecchio.
