Excellent location to attend the USAFA v USNA game and visit our cadets. We had plenty of room for everyone and room to spare. The house was immaculate and well appointed with lots of comfortable seating for everyone to relax and enjoy stress-free time together. Communication was excellent and access to the property was easy. thank you so much!

Family and I had an amazing time. House was beautiful very clean very well maintained kitchen was well supplied barbecue grill excellent condition we loved our time there we will be visiting again. Highly recommended centrally located plenty of stores and shops around.

The house was ready when we arrived. There was plenty of space for 7 adults and 6 children. The kids loved the hidden room behind the bookcase. The host was very accessible and communicated well throughout our stay. The location was convenient for our day trips to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. There were also plenty of grocery stores (including Trader Joe's) and restaurants near the home. One challenge was getting in and out of the driveway, but it was manageable with a backup camera.

This wonderful property was clean and super equipped and well organized. There was everything available for a perfect stay and then some. My grandson loved the secret room. The primary suite was amazing. I enjoyed the beautiful Colorado views while soaking in the tub and taking a shower. Kristen at the property management company was accommodating and every request was taken care of efficiently. I give this wonderful home my highest recommendation.

Fantastic home! Great hosts! We can't wait to book our next stay.For a group of 15 people, this house has everything! Even a secret bunkroom the kids LOVED! We've booked countless STRs all over the US and Europe, and this one ranks among the best! The hosts have thought of everything, from kid's toys and family games to extra blankets and air conditioners in every room. The hosts contacted us to offer an early check in, and followed up to ensure we had everything we needed once there. The location was great with everything we needed within a few miles. And the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. I went for an early morning run joined by a few deer against a gorgeous background. It was lovely! Overall, I can't say enough about this home. We loved it and I'm sure you will too. Grab it if you can. It's a real hidden gem!

Wish I would’ve found this property for our 24 USAFA graduation. It was perfect. The house had everything we could’ve needed for hosting extended family. I do a lot of cooking and was very pleased with the kitchen. The seating both indoors and out was ample. The property manager was super helpful and kind. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Perfect for families. We even found things we weren’t expecting that made our vacation even more relaxing. For example a baby fold out bed, infant sling etc. 100 percent recommended. Location is amazing close to all amenities, but an out of town country feeling. Great safe neighborhood.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with all kinds of dishes for a large group. We did a lot of cooking and found everything we needed. The pictures don’t do this home justice as it is nicer in person than it shows. Excellent location for us as well. Host was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this home if you need lots of space and bedrooms.

I coordinate women's retreats and have rented several of these large homes. This was maybe the best experience yet so we plan to be back!Any minor inconveniences were heard and feedback was appreciated. The only thing that can't be changed is a pretty small kitchen for the size of the home but it worked fine. Just be advised.
