Condo was nice, felt like we were at home. Renay was quick to respond to any questions and there was a little issue with plumbing in the sink and she had taken care of as quickly as possible. Would stay again.

Cute, cozy condo with a nice view and everything you need for a short stay. We were there for 9 nights. The condo has a washer and dryer which is a must for me. It's not far from the ballparks, Pier Park,shopping and is right on the beach. Housekeeping could have been a little better, but nothing I couldn't handle. The owner was very receptive to my thoughts. I would stay there again.

Great Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. Perfect location to everything. Bounced back and forth between the beach and kids pool/game area. Renay was great to communicate with. If I had a question, I got a reply within a few minutes. Would highly recommend!

Needs a deep cleaning

We have stayed at emerald beach resort in the past and like the location to activities/restaurants/shopping. The beach is beautiful. We stayed on the 5th floor in the past and like that it is relatively low, but still a nice view from the balcony. This particular room was not clean at all. I think the only thing they did was change the bed sheets. Not a nice start to vacation when you have to go purchase cleaning supplies and clean a place you pay that much to stay at. We tried to stay out of the condo as much as possible as it just felt icky. Many things avoided for quite some time. The owner was very responsive and offered a cleaning crew to come in the next day, but we were not comfortable having them in there with all our stuff now. Thankfully she took off a portion of our balance. Master mattress sinks in toward the center. The camera above the door makes you a little uncomfortable as you feel you’re being watched/listened to, yet I sort of understand why an owner may want one. Overall we enjoy the location, just wouldn’t stay in this particular room again without seeing it in person, first.

Housekeeping Issue

While the condo was nice, there were some major issues with a moldy shower curtain liner and shower head in the master bedrooms bathroom. The balcony had piles of sand on it that had blown to the edges/railings and all over the ground and outdoor chairs. Then other small cleaning issues (I wont go into here) we normally wouldn't have mentioned or been terribly bothered by, had they not all been compounded, but that do show good cleaning had not been getting done. We decided not to use the master shower after the first night rather then clean it ourselves or have someone sent in. The owner did respond immediately upon my voicing concerns. While I appreciate that and understand that the owner cannot possibly check for cleanliness after each stay, the concerns I had were nothing that would have happened in a short span of time. Housekeeping had to have been neglected for some time. We have stayed in many condos at the beach over the years, and this condo had all 5 star reviews, so I was surprised that our experience was so different from what we have had in many places in the past and what appears to have been the review of others that stayed here. Speaking of the building/location in general, its not somewhere I would necessarily stay again as its just to spread out to get from one area to the next in the building. We also typically stay further to the west when we visit PCB, and found that we just prefer that area better. Renay was great to deal with and we had no issues what so ever there. She assured us she would look into/resolve the housekeeping issues and was going to be stopping in the day we left to check on the place. Hopefully this easily resolvable matter has been taken care of and no future visitor would have the issues we did. I'm sure that anyone else choosing to stay here would enjoy it if so.

Beautiful!

The view. It's (almost) all about the view. Having a balcony that overlooks the Gulf is a beautiful way to spend your days. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fairly well stocked, and the living area was big enough to feel like we weren't tripping over each other. We really appreciated the small desk - we didn't know we would need it but it came in very handy. There were a couple of issues at the beginning of our stay, but Renay communicated with us and everything was resolved as quickly as possible. The complex is large, and it took a couple of days to get the hang of which elevators to use to get to which area, but if that's the biggest problem with a vacation - I'd say that's a win. We would definitely stay here again.

5th floor Emerald Beach

Nice rental at a great property. On the 5th floor unfortunately it’s at the elevators which can be noisy at times. Lots of sand in the unit but it’s pretty normal being on the beach. Easy check in process.

What a view!

Fifth floor condo on the water was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was adequately supplied with pots and pans, glasses and dishes, and extra storage. When a small problem arose, the owner promptly communicated and dealt with it. We would love to stay here again. Thank you so much, Renay, for sharing the place with us.

Absolutely Perfect!!

Jeremy and I had a SENSATIONAL time and this was a PHENOMENALLY AWESOME condo unit to rent for our stay! The place is spacious, clean, plenty of linens, etc...EVERYTHING WE NEEDED AND MORE!! We sure wish our stay could have been longer and will definitely be going back!! We loved it!!

My family absolutely loved this resort as well as this unit. Only complaint was it was a little under stocked (no blender, toaster, drink pitcher) but I’m used to renting from companies not individuals. We would absolutely stay here again.
