Emerald Beach Resort is located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, less than 1 mile from Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, restaurants, nightlife, shopping and more! Only 15 minutes from Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. This resort features 3 swimming pools, hot tub, The Zero entry Kiddie pool area with mushroom play pad and dump buckets, state of the art Fitness Center, Starbucks located in the lobby, Tiki bar by the oceanfront pool, and Sky Bar for drinks and live entertainment (seasonally).

The resort will be updating/painting/sealing all balconies from 11/1/25-3/6/26. Workers will be present as well as equipment on the property. During this time, there will be no access to the balcony during the day when workers are present, and all balcony furniture will be stored inside the condo or in the center of the balcony covered. Balcony use will only be allowed after working hours and during the evening. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Unit 1728 has been completely updated. Enjoy a comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom with a large walk in shower. The living room has a 93" leather sleeper sofa and a 47" television. This unit also has two twin XL bunk beds and a full size washer and dryer. Both the living room and the master bedroom have DVD players. The kitchen is also fully equipped for cooking meals.

The minimum acceptable ratio of occupants in our rental units is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every four (4) persons under the age of 25 occupying the rental property except during Spring Break. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every two (2) persons under the age of 25.
