Property desceiption was as expected in person.

Property was great. Gorgeous view on the beach. Being on the 8th floor was perfect. Never too long of a wait for elevator. Only negative for us was we were suppossed to be able to get into our room at 4. We were there at 405p and they were still cleaning in there which caused us to stand on the balcony for another 45 minutes waiting. No fault of Richard but would have been good if Splash provided some sort of notification. If we would have been notified, we wouldn't have went up yet to stand outside the door. Otherwise all was good and no complaints.

We had great time at this condo. We wish it had more elevators since those seemed to clog up. And also we had 3 double red flag days so the ocean was closed which put a damper on our vacation but know it was not thr owners fault. Otherwise our vacation was fun!

Such a magical week!

We had such an amazing experience with our first family beach trip! We can’t thank Richard enough for all his help and for such a wonderful place to stay. This place is great for any of your beach wants or needs. You are just a moments walk to the beach or from a great place for your kids to play and swim. Can’t wait to book our next visit!!

Great Visit & Beautiful View

The condo was nice & clean. The ocean view was beautiful. We loved the location. It was convenient and not too crowded. It was a family friendly atmosphere. Having beach chairs every day was a real plus. The condo owner was extremely responsive. He is the reason that we booked this condo. We are happy that we did!

The only real issue I had with my stay was the constant wait at the elevator, which was very long most time. Other than that, the stay was mostly very pleasant and relaxed. Definitely recommend.

Amazing Family Vacation!

Richard & his condo at Splash was nothing short of wonderful! The process is so easy, the room & view are beautiful, and Richard’s hospitality and communication was great!! We had NO PROBLEMS with the parking or elevators! And the complimentary chairs and umbrella were absolutely perfect! The whole place was spotless and perfect! Please add this stay on your list of upcoming family trips! We will be returning to 805!

Everything you need

Me and my family had an excellent stay at Splash PCB. The listing did an excellent job of describing the property and Richard was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The beach is terrific and my wife loved having reserved chairs each day, and my kids loved the pools, splash pad and lazy river. I really appreciated having a place in the shade where we could still enjoy being outside. There are tons of restaurants and activities near the condo, and several water sports (jet skis, para-sailing, paddleboards,etc...) for rent right on the beach. A great time was had by all.

First time we have used Vrbo. The room was clean and as advertised, the owner was in touched before we left and even called me while we were there to make sure everything was to our liking! Richard was very nice. The room had a beautiful view, weather was great, pools, splash playground was clean. The staff not only at the room but everywhere we went was the nicest Iv ever seen. We will definitely be back!

Above and beyond experience

Good communication with managers. Good contact with them as well until we got home and wished us the best and looked out and after us. Place was clean and we got chairs and umbrellas. It was out second time being there and everything was perfect but overall very good experience, i would definitely recommend it. Thnk u so much

Very crowded and pool areas do not have near enough sitting places.

We had fun, but whoever designed the bedrooms with windows was not thinking. The light from outside shined in all night so hard to sleep. The condo was nice, but nothing special. The beach, swimming pools and everything was too crowded. The very long walk to parking deck was inconvenient.I won't be staying here again.

Amazing condo

We absolutely enjoyed our time at the splash condo. The 8th floor directly on the beach is perfect. It especially made it so much easier with the 2 chairs and umbrella that is provided with the condo. It's super clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy and the smart tvs were a plus. Richard called and checked on us several times on our trip to make sure everything was fine, which it was. I did inform him that the washing machine did make a noise but he already mentioned about replacing it. The dishwasher was tricky but it ended up having a time delay and is super quiet. Overall it was easily accessible to everything we needed. We will definitely plan another trip here in the near future.

Excellent property; well maintained

I have bee thinking of a way to explain my experience in this condo and the only explanation that I could gather was that the condo was amazing. The bedroom has its own private bathroom with a very deep bath tub for relaxation purposes. The bed was very soft and comfortable with a flat screen television on the wall and a very late chest for lots of clothes to fit in. It also has a deep closet to hang things in. This condo also has a washer and dryer and free WiFi. The view of the ocean was outstanding. The patio has a table and four chairs to sit outside on. Nice decorated walls and a large kitchen with plenty of seating to eat. The condo merely eight feet from the elevator door. Our children enjoyed the splash water park everyday and it is equipped with two propane grills which I took advantage of every night. Our condo came with the beach chairs and umbrella included so that saved us a lot of money as well. Anytime that I contacted Richard he would immediately return my calls and if I missed him on my cell phone he would call the phone line in the condo. He is a great owner to deal with and I will definitely rent from him again.

Awesome time!

This was our second time at this resort but first time with this host. The condo was clean. Richard is just as the other reviewers said, very responsive. I love that the condo did not have a lot of nic nacs as decor i had to move from my toddlers reach. The included beach chairs are a huge plus. We used them almost every day of our stay. The description said Netflix was included. With Netflix's recent change, it wasn't. We understood. Be prepared to log in with your own account and clear it prior to leaving. My daughter can't take really cold temperatures so having the thermostat to where we could adjust to our comfortability was great. I think our only downside is the patio furniture does not recline and we had to purchase a broom to sweep the same. I like to sleep on the balcony around dusk while listening to the waves. Having a toddler at the beach in little swimmers allows them to hide large amounts of dirt in them that can't be washed off outside. We had to sweep the entryway. All in all, we had a great time. We'll be back to Splash, and hopefully to this unit. Also. Thank you for not having cheap cookware. Most host have the cheapest pots and pans that cause food to stick. It's the little things!

We visited to PCB from Birmingham, Alabama and fell in love with the SPLASH and this beach town. We purchased our condo and decided to share our experiences with others.
