Stay in a carefully restored historic house in the heart of Balat that once served as an art gallery. Exposed brick walls, artistic details and warm interiors give the home a character you will not find in a typical city apartment.
The entire house is reserved exclusively for your group and accommodates up to 11 guests.
The home includes:
• 5 bedrooms
• 2 separate living rooms
• 2 fully equipped kitchens
• 5 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom
• Private garden
• Top-floor balcony lounge
• Laundry room
• Air conditioning in most bedrooms and living areas

The multi-floor layout gives families and groups space to stay together while maintaining privacy. The ground-floor living area and kitchen open towards the garden, while the upper floors contain the bedrooms, private bathrooms and balcony lounge.
The Golden Horn and Fener Ecumenical Patriarchate are approximately a five-minute walk away. Chora Church, Balat’s colourful streets, neighbourhood cafés, bakeries, restaurants and antique shops are also nearby.
Professional cleaning is completed before every arrival, and our team remains available throughout your stay.
