Everything was perfect- the playground and beach were nearby and great for a toddler! The villa was exactly as the pictures showed and the kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely be back!

Family vacation

First time going to Hilton head. We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and very comfortable. Liked our place being on ground level and the playground being so close for our grandchildren. We Enjoyed the short walk to the beach everyday. We played tennis, pickleball, it was nice having a heated pool, you could use in the evening, had a great time.

We lived the location and the gate to the lawn area/Beach access. So nice not having to bring all the beach stuff into and through the condo. Property is very pretty, tons for kids to do. Condo was clean and had what we needed for a great week

Great Location!! We had 2 young kids and the playground was basically right outside the condo and beach access was right by the playground. The beach wasn’t even close to being crowded. The condo was clean, comfortable, and a wonderful place to stay. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great and convenient

I grew up coming to Island Club, this unit was perfect and I highly recommend first floor. Easy in and out off the patio to the beach/pool. Very esay process to check in and I like the key bad on the door so we didn't have to keep up with a key.

Great location

We were on the ground level. Just outside our balcony, we could walk to the grill area, corn hole area, and up a few steps to head out to the ocean. Turn right from the patio, and you’re less than a block from the community pool. Simple and relaxing all around…👍

The whole family loved it!

The rental was perfect for our family of 7. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The kids loved the cable tv and all the games and puzzles. The super short walk to the beach and the playground right by our patio was the best. The rental was stocked with everything we needed and everything was very clean. Hopefully, this rental is available for our next vacation! We loved it!

Second visit just as good

Came here earlier this year and lived it so much we decided to come back. Had another great trip. You simply can't beat the location of this unit and the ease of access to the beach, pool, and playground/open lawn. Condo is outfitted with everything we've needed in two trips...don't cook a ton but did more on this trip and all the "hardware" we've needed was there to cook with.

Island club

Great vacation at island club. Unit is on ground floor so you don’t have a view of the water, but it’s very easy to get to the beach. Kitchen will be great once the dishwasher frame is repaired...it would also be good if there was some cupboard space available for the renter’s food...there are more dishes and cooking utensils than anyone would need filling the cupboards.

Susan, Thank you for your input. I’m the one that visited you about the dishwasher when it became unattached from the cabinet framework. The dishwasher was re-secured immediately upon your departure as you said that you preferred not to have workers there to secure it until you departed since it was still functional. Quick getaway

The ease of getting to the beach was great. The property was impressively kept up. The unit itself was a bit dated. To have an ocean view you would need to be at least on the second floor. Reasonable price for a family of three.

Family Reunion

I loved the convenience of a first floor rental. Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable. I would recommend an update. The other furnishes were nice and met our needs. Overall, we had a fun week with 28 members of our family.

Great experience

We loved 3102. Beautiful floors, comfortable beds, easy access to the playground and beach! Our two little girls loved staying here. They were on the playground every morning and the beach in the afternoons. There are two beach chairs and a bunch of sand toys for the littles. The pool had just opened with some restrictions, but that was great too! The kitchen has everything you need to cook and extra beach towels were left in the hall for us too. They thought of everything.

Fun but no sun

We really appreciated the streaming ability for the tv. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, appliances, cooking essentials, spices, etc.which was so thoughtful and helpful. We had no young ones with us to use the beach toys that you had on your patio, but that is certainly a great idea. Such a short walk to the beach is always nice. Mattresses could be replaced in the future. Otherwise, very clean and cozy for us. The overall property had lots of speed bumps, so be on the look out for those.Weather was not conducive for us to use the pool and the hot tub.

This condo is in a fantastic location—just an easy walk to the beach, with the added bonus of being able to step right off the back porch onto the beach path. A keypad on the back door would be a great addition for more secure and convenient access after a beach day.The pool is a nice size, though it can feel a bit crowded for the number of condos in the complex. Inside, the living and dining area is surprisingly spacious for a condo, while the kitchen is standard-sized. The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen, but the pantry was filled with items left behind by previous guests, leaving no storage space for our food and making the counters feel cluttered.The air conditioning worked well (which I appreciate, since I tend to run warm). Both bathrooms are a comfortable size. The mattresses are decent but could benefit from an upgrade, as they felt a bit worn.Overall, it’s a pleasant and well-located condo that I would recommend.

Wonderful 2 bedroom

This is our second year at Island Club and first time at this condo. The distance to the beach is perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated and most common kitchen needs are met. All appliances in working order. I hope to find this one available next year!
