A 15 minutes‘ drive from Puerto de Alcúdia, this charming finca for 4 guests features a pool, terrace and barbecue.



Set in the small urbanisation of Crestatx, Mallorca North, this house is 3.5 km from Sa Pobla town and 12 km from Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia. Sa Pobla provides you with supermarkets, bars, shops and restaurants. A 10-20 minutes’ drive takes you to the golf course of Pollença, S’Albufera Park or water park Alcúdia. During the summer, you can enjoy the northern beaches like Can Picafort and Playa de Formentor, while hiking and cycling is the perfect plan for autumn and winter.



Before having breakfast at the terrace, you may enjoy a bath in the 3.5 x 7 meters chlorine pool. The exteriors feature a barbecue, garden shower, sun loungers, a parasol and a conservatory. Inside, rooms are decorated in a cosy and warm way, including a living-dining area with open kitchen; satellite TV, WiFi, dishwasher and a gas cooker. You can rest in two twin bedrooms and there’s a shower bath with hair dryer. Equipment includes air conditioning in the living area, 2 fans and a cot on request. Dogs up to 8 kg are welcome.

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. It reduces by half from the 9th night. The damage deposit of 300 Eur will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.



The whole house is only for our guests.
