With open farmland views out the back and central village location out the front. Simla Bungalow has it all. Convenience shop across the road. Village pub round the corner. Between the Lincolnshire Wolds and Coast. Fantastic countryside walks. And if you’re coming for work it’s only half an hours drive from all the Humber Bank industry.
